At Grichglas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process. Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must not be on the non-returnable items list (e.g., personalized products, opened consumables, or clearance items).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@richglas.com or call (802) 483-0014. Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Any relevant photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping Labels: In cases of defective or incorrect products, Grichglas will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price, excluding original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
- Processing a refund may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- If your return does not meet our return policy conditions, you will be notified, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Opened or used consumable items (e.g., supplements, skincare)
- Final sale or clearance items
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- To assist in processing your return, please include photos of the damage or defect.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been shipped, it will be subject to the return policy.
