All orders placed on the Grichglas website are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet the needs of our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivers within 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping options and delivery times will be available during the checkout process. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO): We do not currently ship to military addresses.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Grichglas is not responsible for any delays, lost shipments, or additional charges that result from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While we strive to meet delivery time estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or natural disasters. Grichglas is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
